30-day free return policy
We hope you’re pleased with our services. Any defective or wrong products purchased at our store can be freely exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer's responsibility. The shipping rate you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier.

- Products in an unsellable condition

Please use an original outer box, bubble wraps, and packing slip for the return. For any package missing some items, we will need you to provide an unboxing video as proof.
