Q1. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all countries and territories worldwide.
Q2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, we process your orders within 1 to 3 business days, and our carrying partners DHL, FedEx or UPS will deliver your orders to your door within 3 to 5 days.
Q3. How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee depends on how many items you'll ship.
Q4. Where can I find the tracking information?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail.
Q5. Will I have to pay import tax?
Possibly. It depends on where you live, but thankfully we'll declare US $10 per item, therefore you may need to pay as low as US $10 per item as imported tax.

Shipping custom duties and taxes
All items are shipped from our China warehouse and may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. We provide DHL, UPS or FedEx with all required shipping information upon dispatch, and any additional duties or taxes will be calculated by the courier and payment will be taken at time of delivery.
We are not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination.
Processing time
All items are shipped via our trusted partner DHL, UPS or FedEx. Items shipping to anywhere else in the world will arrive within 3–5 days, subject to any required customs clearance, see below.*
Delivery exceptions
The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
We make every effort to maintain live product listings. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully deliver items due to a mismatch in live inventory, we will cancel the order and make a full refund.
Local regulations may also prohibit import of items made with exotic materials.
